Hummus Recipe

1 Cup – Organic Chickpeas cooked (or canned) 

1 Tsp – Minced garlic (optional) 

¼ Cup – Olive oil 

½ Lemon – Juice 

Salt & Pepper to taste 
Drain Chickpeas well and add them with all the ingredients but lemon juice into the blender. Make sure to blend slowly and add enough lemon juice to break the solids and go smooth into the blender. 

Serve on one side of the Double wine tray, with Pita bread on the other side. Enjoy it with your favorite beverage!
