- 2 or 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup plant based milk mixed with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped walnut
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 spoon lemon zest or lemon essence
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips or nuts to decorate the top
Turn the oven to 375 degrees F
On a mixing bowl combine the ingredients in the order presented on the list until the mixture is homogeneous
Use loaf mold lined with vegan butter or oil for baking
Pour the mixture into the mold and decorate with our proffered option of walnuts or chocolate chips.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the toothpick check comes out dry and clean.
Remove from the oven and let them cool down
Enjoy them with coffee or tea
