Chimichurri Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 Cup – Fresh parsley, chopped 
½ – Yellow onion, finely chopped  
2 Cloves – Garlic, finely chopped 
½ Cup – Olive oil 
¼ Cup – White Vinegar 
Coarse salt and chili pepper flakes to taste 

Preparation: 

Chop everything with a sharp knife and mix all the ingredients. 

Refrigerate and enjoy as a dip with fresh baked baguette sliced, or as a garnish for your vegan burgers.
